1. summarization

 Ceramic Filter is a new generation of energy efficient solid-liquid separation machinery, it’s basic principles is similar to the disc vacuum filter, the key difference is that it uses Pupil ceramic filter plate as filter media, because of capillary forces, only water can filter plate in filtering process, and the air is always being passed, so they have excellent energy efficient performance, in comparison with the traditional disc filter, more than 80% energy is saved. At the same time, it also has low moisture content filtering materials, perforated small, acid-proof, decay characteristics, and the use of automation, low labor intensity, safety, clean working environment. Ceramic filter can be widely used in metal mines, coal, chemicals, pesticides, pharmaceutical and other industries dehydration treatment, the application has a broad range of areas.

2. characteristic

3.the principle of the structure:
Ceramic filter’s structure include: the rotor disc equipped with a ceramic filter plate number of groups formed, auto-switch resulting in coupling phenomenon,the solid mixers to prevent of solid deposition, the elimination of filter plate by adsorption of solid scraper needed to filter out the internal abdominal cavity plate washing and cleaning of ultrasonic oscillation system, maintain a certain level of the trough of slurry and process control systems running.
